I'm going to take another shot at writing a children's book. I'm going to try again with the CANVAS writing contest. I tried joining last year but, too bad I didn't get to finish my submission. Sayang, Emong is a good friend. It would have been such an honor to write something inspired by what he painted.

This year another painting will be used as the story's inspiration. This one is by John Santos. Looks interesting, doesn't it? I'm excited about conceptualizing the story. There are a lot of possible storylines and I can't wait to explore them all.

And this time, I aim to finish my story.
