And awaaaaaaay we go!

To celebrate our first month as husband and wife, we decided to go to Europe! Hahahaha. Isn't it bizaare?! It's been a month na pala, and seems like we're just getting started.

We've both been sleeping late, tying loose ends, making our last-minute bilins so nothing gets overlooked when we leave, especially our unit. Right now we're so disoriented from lack of sleep because of all a final paper (me) and several articles to finish (Benc). But we keep telling ourselves, we'll get our well-deserved holiday in a few hours. This is all going to pay off!

Phew! When we get back we'r going to be in tipid mode. The trip is quite affordable actually, especially when you consider the exchange rate of pesos to Euros. What's expensive are all the other things: getting the Visas, th e insurance, th etrip fees, the incidentals just before you leave. That last one really milked me dry! Don't ask me how. It just did.

I hope to be able to visit some flea markets at the least, or get some gorgeous stuff in Venice or Florence for a cheap price. Murano sana. If not I'll just give out photos of myself in a gondola. hahaha

So wish us luck and a safe trip. We're so excited! I can't wait to share the stories and pictures with all of you! See you soon!
